In 2025, ARC continued to strengthen its role as a community-driven hub focused on digital skills development, innovation and collaboration across Ghana.
Executive Summary
Building with intention.
Throughout 2025, ARC delivered free and accessible learning programmes in AI, Software Development and Graphic Design, alongside cohort-based training and mentorship initiatives.
The Center deepened community engagement through campus activations, hackathons, summits and public events that brought learners, developers and partners together to exchange ideas and build practical solutions. Key moments included the launch of the Rydechain Project, the ARC Cohort Graduation Ceremony, and hosting CardAfrica 2025.
ARC remained committed to building long-term pathways rather than one-off activities, ensuring participants could continue learning, experimenting, and contributing to the wider ecosystem beyond individual programmes.

ARC focused on delivering accessible, skills-based learning programmes designed to equip participants with practical digital competencies — offered free of charge to reduce barriers and support inclusive participation.
Innovation & Projects
Rydechain: Ideas into action.
A key initiative during 2025 was the Rydechain Project — a Cardano Project Catalyst-funded initiative focused on decentralised carpooling for sustainable mobility.
Supported through community voting, the project aims to enable transparent and affordable ride-sharing using Cardano's blockchain. Key milestones achieved during the year included:

ARC strengthened its impact through purpose-driven partnerships that supported learning, outreach and community service.
Ekow Harding & AIESEC
Campus activations and outreach programmes in Sunyani, Sakumono and Cape Coast, engaging students in conversations around technology and innovation.
Wada & Prisma
Co-organised the Accra Action Learning Journey workshop and hackathon — hands-on learning and problem-solving within the blockchain and innovation ecosystem.
Project Catalyst (Cardano)
Primary funding milestone — grant support that strengthened implementation capacity and enabled delivery of the Rydechain Project.
The Browne Foundation
Partnership extending beyond technology — supporting donations to orphanages and demonstrating ARC's commitment to social impact and community care.
Challenges & Reflection
Learning from every moment.
A key challenge in 2025 was sustaining the delivery of multiple courses concurrently. While interest and registration were strong, maintaining consistent facilitation and learner engagement across all courses placed significant demands on operational capacity.
These experiences highlighted the importance of prioritising depth, continuity, and quality of learning over scale — informing a strategic shift toward a more focused and realistic programme delivery model.
