ARC is a tech academy in Accra on a simple bet: give driven people real skills, real projects and real mentorship, and they'll build the next generation of African technology.
Our story
Started by builders, for builders.
We were students, engineers and designers who learned the hard way — scattered tutorials, no mentors, no map. ARC is the school we wished we'd had.
Today we run small cohorts across software engineering, AI, Web3, mobile and design — taught by people actively shipping in industry, with a careers team that stays with you until you land the role. We partner with businesses, universities and community organisations to keep our training relevant and our doors open.
